prettiest land around here in NE TX......adjoins the Cooper lake area and has oaks on it the size of 3 fat men plus it adjoins my other properties.....Thank you PMs......That is why I sold my pools 2 weeks ago

about 2700 an acre averaged out over the last 10 years.......All this land is going to be pretty close to a new lake that is going to be going in. I have other parcels that I owner finance to folks and a lot of times I end up with that land again and again.....Dont know what I will do with the 1700+ acres in the future
